A one of in-depth consultation brainstorm session about your project

Included:
1/2th of a day open & transparent, one-on-one workshop focussing on your project:
the core needs, wishes, budget and practicals. We co-create a logic plan & work flow.
We sharpen your vision and turn it into practical & aesthetic design features

Interior Principles PDF + explanatory videos providing general and project specific tips, materials, references.
A summarising project specific flow plan.

Four scheduled follow up calls throughout the project progress,
to be your experience backed second opinion in aesthetic choices.

PROJECT FLOW
FIRST: Match meeting

After you have shared the information available about your project (photos, branding, videos, location, plans, ...) we schedule a match meeting. Why? Together we will figure out the type of service / help you are looking for, and see if and how we can help you out in the best way possible.
Tell us all about you, your (future) project & vision, your team, your costumers, your products. We'll have an intake call or meeting to discuss your project, needs, dreams, potential budgets and wishes are.

SECOND: Project offer

After our meeting, it will be clear if you are looking for a Concept Design or a Consultancy Season.
The price offer will be made for your particular project, based on your wants, needs and location.

Onboarding one-on-one consultancy session
​
We'll ask you shitloads of questions to fully grasp your needs.
- If it matches your agenda, we love to include you to a solid 1-1 brainstorm session to define the concept, finetune your needs further.
- If your schedule doesn't allow this, that's perfect too, make your project briefing as solid as possible in advance. We'll do this in depth brainstorm with our team.
We dive into your concept, do research, get measurements, draw the first concept plans. Based on this session we'll define a second ball park budget estimate.
STEP TWO:
Let's build that dream of yours!

We dive into your concept, do research, draw the first concept plans, we'll define the atmospheres, moods and directions.
We turn this vision into plans and visuals of what your project could look like. We have a meeting to discuss the pre-design(s).

Loved the pre-design? Let's go deeper into detail! Based on the first designs, we will refine & define the final construction plans. We will find a suiting contractor and provide the needed plans and info. We'll research materials, finishes and put the right people on the right jobs.

Preferred way of working:
We strongly believe in total concepts. Is the the branding still fresh? Furniture propositions are the cherry on the cake and define your space just as much as the bigger lines. Details are essential to the design.

Creative freedom is key, and I'm eager to make or source custom made furniture, objects, paintings to personalise your place further.
