Practical Preparation
We remeasure on-site, digitise plans and make the budget framework. You receive acces to your personal client portal.
Ideation & Design
The output of the ideation design phase consists of research, (flow) plans, 3D & images, design presentation & meeting.
INTERIOR IDENTITY DESIGN
Design & Tendering:
We finish the design phase by making (technical) floor plans, sections & details. 3D & images, custom furniture designs, budget allocations. We discuss the projects design presentations and the Furniture - Fixtures - Finishes proposals during the scheduled client meetings.

to oversee the full projectscope. From navigating the start, to designing the full scope & helping out during the physical development.
After the research & design phase, we function as a project partner to guide the project into execution, with the allocated budgets and timing in mind.
We offer co-operation with a project coordinator & the contractor(s) during the construction via regular communication, site visits and reports
on aesthetic control.
We coordinate the final result through styling and photography.
