Step 1: ANALYSIS WORKSHOP + GUIDING PDF
After an in depth conversation & questionnaire workshop, we summarise needs, identity, spatial challenges and personal quirks as the design brief.
This brief gets translated into flow plans, spatial logic and room-by-room atmospheres.
Your project's creative and practical direction get's locked via a useful personalised master document in PDF.
Timeline: 2 to 4 weeks.
COMPANION CALLS
Three decision-focused check-in calls during the building phase. You bring the extra questions: material choices, contractor proposals, things that don't feel right.
These are functional working calls with clear direction to move forward.
Timeline: 3 working calls during the execution process of max 6 months.

Interior design is based on the Concept Compass. The project starts with acces to a personal client portal. We offer two design focuses, which can be combined:
Step 2: INTERIOR IDEATION: Creative focus
A custom creative concept for your project delivered through design presentations. Presentations contain
(flow) plans, hand sketching, 3D volume study, references and custom images, material suggestions.
Timeline: 4 to 8 weeks.
No past project copy pastes,
but personalised coherent creative design.
Step 3: INTERIOR DESIGN: Detail focus
Full technical tendering dossier for each aspect and contains: Floor plans, sections, details and custom furniture designs are the base for, and based on meetings with contractors. We make 3D & images, discuss projects design presentations and the Furniture - Fixtures - Finishes proposals during the scheduled client meetings. We assist with budget allocations.
Timeline: 4 to 8 weeks

Step 4: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
From navigating the start, to designing the full scope & helping out during the physical development.
We track budget and timing, and make the calls that keep the design intact. No diluted design, materials or details. We are there when dozen of small decisions have to be made on site to keep the original intent.
We offer co-operation with a project coordinator & assigned contractor(s) during the construction.
We keep regular communication and organise site visits for aesthetic control.
We do the final styling. We arrange the photography.
Finetuning the brief at the start to finetuning the finished space at the end.Vision to venue.
