We finish the design phase by making (technical) floor plans, sections & details. 3D & images, custom furniture designs, budget allocations. We discuss the projects design presentations and the Furniture - Fixtures - Finishes proposals during the scheduled client meetings.

After the research & design phase, we function as a project partner to guide the project into execution, with the allocated budgets and timing in mind.
We offer co-operation with a project coordinator & the contractor(s) during the construction via regular communication, site visits and reports
on aesthetic control.
